Acer has launched a Next-Generation Netbook—the Aspire One AOD 260. The netbook comes with built-in Tata Photon Plus, Aspire One will offer high-speed Internet access upto 3.1 Mbps.
The Acer Aspire One AOD 260 Netbook will leverage the capabilities of HSIA technology on TTSL’s CDMA network and provide users with broadband connectivity. The netbook sports a 10.1″ screen with LED back-lit and 16:9 aspect ratio, Intel Atom N450 CPU, a 1.3 megapixel camera, 1 GB DDR2 RAM, 160 GB HDD 5400 RPM, six-cell battery with eight hours of life, Windows 7 Starter preloaded, three USB Ports, Bluetooth connectivity and in-built wireless capability, amid many other features.
Acer One AOD 260 netbook also promises longer battery-life, convenience, tighter integration and security. The netbook is priced at Rs 17,999.
